Tree Photo Contest

For the past nine years the foundation has sponsored and produced an annual tree photo contest, the purpose of which is to promote the value and benefits of trees in our community. The contest has been held in November and early December, and is open to the public. Entrants are eligible to win $3000 in cash prizes.

The subject of the entries is Oklahoma trees.  The contest is judged by a distinguished panel of judges. The juried show hangs for approximately one month at First Fidelity Bank in downtown Norman.

The conclusion of the show is a reception at the bank for the photographers and the public usually in conjunction with the Norman Arts Council’s Second Friday Circuit of Art.
