PURPOSE: The purpose of Norman Park Foundation is to enhance the quality of life in Norman through beautification, improvement, expansion & development of existing parks or other common lands or acquired properties.

 

OBJECTIVES: The Foundation is a not-for-profit organization which concentrates its efforts toward two main objectives:

· Promoting interest in the development of Norman area parks or other common lands or acquired properties and encouraging monetary and/or non-monetary gifts for same

· Acting as an agent to receive or administer such gifts, and if need be, acting as the vehicle for translating monetary gifts into the structure desired by the donor.
